New mechanics and items are pretty cool but they also introduce too many new bugs and serious optimizations problems, and mechanics are not well utilized. Also missions and purchasable properties are extremely underwhelming compared to other DLCs.

You should wait for a discount (and few patches to smoothen things up) imo.
