Decent port of Street Fighter 1 up to Street Fighter III: 3rd strike, but also a lazy one.
I got it in a bundle so it was not crazy expensive and if you haven't experienced the old school Street Fighter titles, this is a good way to play those. However, these are not the most feature-complete versions as you can only do Arcade mode, Versus and Online (unkranked or ranked). For example, the Japanese Saturn release of Street Fighter Zero 3 had some amazing bonus features - all absent here.
The options menu is very bare-bones as well, at least it has decent CRT shaders.
The PC version has Enigma DRM, so keep that in mind as well.
