Despite having 10 years to develop the series further, expanding on what players love about Trials, Evolution was the best it ever got. It does more than just send the player outside, everything previously contained within the Trials HD warehouse is bigger and better in Evo. Sadly, I can't even recommend the game to anyone because it's lost in 360 Arcade limbo. The PC port removed so many of the game's best qualities, including the two amazing DLC packs. I can only think back with nostalgia on Trials Evolution. Thousands of hours competing on the leaderboards, trying levels from Track Central, engaging on the RedLynx forums- I still have hope for the series, but not as long as Ubisoft is in charge.
