This shit is so fun its crazy it's avg rating is a 3.5, but I think that's just cuz if an fps can fulfill the perimeter of "Let me kill things in really cool, stupid, and fast ways I'm happy" so I like it. It definitely has things that remind me of how FEAR plays, though the horror in this game feels a little less scary barring a specific mission or two. I still really FW it though, give it a try.
