Upsquid is a very simple high score chaser with some simple, pretty graphics and a unique control scheme. It might just be the mood I was in, but I found it incredibly frustrating to play. The controls are just SO difficult. I feel like the game went over the line with challenging controls, and it's just frustrating trying to force your character to go where you want them to go. I ended up playing it for only around 5 minutes.
Still, the game is very pretty, and I could see someone enjoying it if they don't get as annoyed as I did by missing the powerup 5 times in a row. Despite my dislike for it, I think it's probably worth checking out, considering how bite-sized it is, and since it is a very polished little game.
