i remember buying this game when it came out and thoroughly enjoying it. the structure isn't level based anymore which is a really great step up. they actually do really interesting things throughout the story and i was enjoying how each new area had interesting things going on. it felt like a full fledged adventure, yes the combat isn't the same as the old paper mario games, but on it's own this game is a great time and i really like it.
