Welcome to the Liberty City!

No rockstar game opening can go hard as banger as GTA 4. This game's music is astounding combined with the grim and gritty story it presents. It depicts a real view of America which contrasts the main motto of Protagonist's cousin point of view, which is his dreams of getting rich and famous.
The base game offers a much impactful story apart from other rockstar games, which gives a meaningful sense of life. The gameplay isn't innovative and it feels repetitive having to drive from one place to another place just to kill some goons and thugs. However I want to point one main thing is it's atmosphere which reflects the story it aims to represent. The driving feels surreal and fun with its own realistic physics (Impacts to damage)

Also there are 2 more DLCs in addition to main game. These DLCs, which connect to main game is kinda excellent and neat. Their storylines actually have a purpose and impacts the main game. Each DLC has its own atmosphere and that is one of the things which I love about this game.

GTA 4 really nailed with it's story with a solid protagonist Niko Bellic who wants to take revenge for the past incident in his life. The characters are much real and relatable where we can spend some time with them by playing various mini games. I love the attention to details, care and dedication they put to bring out this one.

Overall,
Base Game - Story and Characters
The Lost and The Damned - Different vibes and Bikes
The Ballad of Gay Tony - Fun Gameplay and Helicopters
