pretty much more of the same from 3 - the intro mission of your first day as president is worth a chuckle, and the basic gameplay loop of bombing around looking for power orbs like it's crackdown colored purple is fun, but it really was distanced from the original conceit of the series by now. gone are the days of street level gang warfare, washed away in uproar, left standing is a ripped demigod wielding a floppy plastic cock as a baseball bat and flinging lightning from their fist, flying through the streets to Riff Raff talking up the next dubstep song on the radio.
