Can't believe it took ubisoft 10 years to make an actually good assassin's creed game. The best part about this game is definitely the city of Baghdad and how well and carefully its designed. Every corner of every building having numerous paths for traversal using parkour, which actually works in this game. The only way the game is held back is with the story essentially being a prequel to the best character in valhalla and there being virtually no overarching narrative. But I understand why this is the case. The stealth in this game is the perfect blend of consistent mechanics with environmental and social stealth, with most of the missions well-crafted and designed for stealth. The Investigation board feels like the perfect evolution of the system from the first two games which was weirdly abandoned. The soundtrack is amazing, and the ending as well tied neatly with valhalla and I'm excited with how they move on with Basim in the future.
