This sounds odd but Hypnospace wasn't my first internet watchdog game experience, and as much as I was excited I ended up dissapointed.

The "online" contents are inconsistent in quality, some are cute depictions of the internet of antiquity while some are straight up obnoxious. The music, art, text, types of people is all over the place in terms of variety and quality.

I dropped it halfway because it felt laborious, the assigned cases had obvious prompts blocked out, instead you can only follow very specific steps, and using a guide in this type of games is a complete moodkiller so it's double bad.
