A really fun, futuristic platform adventure, let down by some sluggish controls and annoying trial and error. I've always been a fan of the game, but previously had only ever played the Megadrive version. It was nice to play the Amiga one, although from what I remember, it is not too dissimilar.

I remember being astonished by the incredible graphics back in the early 90s, and to be fair, they still look great today. Although the controls are a bit clunky, the character movement still looks as good as ever, the little cut scenes are great, with one for nearly every type of death you encounter.

Some of the set pieces are a lot of fun, but some require pinpoint precision, which is a fucking pain when the controls are as cumbersome as they are.

I would've probably given up if I hadn't have been able to save scum my way through, but even then, I still enjoyed it and it was fun to see it through to the end. My 8 year old self would be jealous.
