I can confidently say that it stands out as one of the best horror survival games, comparable to the likes of Bioshock and Resident Evil. The art style is incredibly unique, creating a world that is both captivating and immersive. The game's ability to draw you into its world is commendable, making it a true treat to experience.

The sound design and background music also deserve praise, as they effectively set the mood and add to the overall atmosphere of the game. Combined with the art style, these elements create a truly immersive experience.

However, the game is not without its issues. One of the most glaring issues is its similarity to Bioshock, which may make it feel like a copy at times. Additionally, the difficulty level, especially on normal mode, leaves much to be desired. As a first-time player in the series, I found the game to be relatively easy, with only three deaths throughout my playthrough.

Another drawback is the use of random jump scares with unkillable enemies, which can disrupt the immersion and feel more like cheap thrills than genuine scares. The final segment, where Audrey becomes the ink demon, could have been more engaging, perhaps as a cutscene rather than a gameplay section that involves simply navigating through doors.

Overall, it's a great game for a one-time playthrough, offering a unique art style, good sound design, and an engaging story.
