Here's the games I've completed in 2023, ranked. #1 will be my personal GOTY. It's going to look very silly until I get more games on here lol. I consider many aspects of a game when I rank them, but I generally my rationale is this and the games ranked highest left me with the best overall impression:

Unimpeded enjoyment > Total time played
Personal expectations ≥ Game quality
Style ≥ Graphics
