The fresh writings, being unique despite being spin-off of Yakuza/Like A Dragon games! The story starts off slow and uncover each by each of section just like Yakuza 5 until everything reaches the climax at the end, so not everyone would enjoy this. Although, the combat system is evolved from their previous game, trying to get back on track and it did decent enough.
Judgment also did better than Lost Judgment in term of adding "friends" to the town, making you feel lively in the Kamurocho. Most importantly, the story did focus on how corrupted can the polices could be, presenting how cruel Kamurocho could be when you're not Yakuza but rather civilian, and creating a true main villain in world full of grey color where everyone has their own reason to doing something evil.
