Got like some of the most hard ass bosses in the history of bosses and the reward for beating them is weapons that are themed/ them in a weapon form?!?! Simple yet deep combat. Metal ass track full of tech, challenge is an absolute rush. Taunts are fun as hell especially with this being the one to introduce unique taunts with what style rank you're on gives you unique taunts. Also Vergil being fought three times each time being a more progressive challenge as not only you've been learning and obtaining new moves and skills but he has too and the finale is a culmination of everything you've learnt with all the systems coming into play. The only thing I can't go back to is versions that won't let you switch between styles on the fly ala trickster swordmaster gunslinger and royal guard(doppleganger and quixjai being exclusive to this game too) switch version or mod for once you've beaten the game originally/ and after you've beaten 4 or 5 as those continued to have Dante to have complete access to all moves at once and it madw it one of the most fun characters to play in any game for me as he the sandbox action game man. Go play the switch version best one unless you got a PC and go mod it
