this is hands down 2nd best Twisted Metal game by a long shot, it's very obvious this game is precisely how David Jaffe envisioned Twisted Metal 2 would turn out but the scaling and execution is just way better on hardware that outperforms the PSX. very interesting to see the soundtrack in this game alters between boomer rock and oddly serious orchestra.
