Say what you want about the Party Pack games, but this highly slept-on reimagining of the YDKJ series takes what was so witty and post-modernly competitive about the series up to this point and kicks it into high gear. FYI, play the 360/PS3 version of this game for the ultimately intended session. Rarely, if ever, is a trivia series so straightforward, yet at the same time against the grain, like if the people who write fake GTA commercials and SNL sketches decide to fuck with their viewers for dozens of episodes of pure trivial pandemonium.

Cookie Masterson also steals the show; his wit and showman detailing and partly-laidback presentation crafting one of the most unforgettable voices in game shows, for a fake game show.

Where will you be when the ice caps melt and Cookie is there to bring you to salvation? I'm sorry. It's irresistible, and this series' influence on casual gaming cannot be ignored. Get screwed.

I seem to sort of remember this one because it was mentioned in one of those Playstation 3 E-Magazine things (I think they were called Core?). Other than that, not really.

Fascinating to hear from someone who actually played it.
