After playing every Sonic game before this one (except 06, sorta, Project 06 is a thing), the level design for this game shines even better than it already did.
Genuinely incredible and the sense of speed and control of the boost is perfect. Classic Sonic having the spindash buffed to maximun overdrive makes it feel really potent and engaging too.
Every replay makes it better, truly Sonic Team nailed this one.
