When you think of the definitive modern Kirby game, you think of this game. Not only is its main gimick probably the best of the quadrillogy, but its levels and bosses have really great theming that binds them to the mechanical theme of the game. The new abilities introduced in this game feel like they should've been there all along. Meta Knightmare is really great and fastpaced, with excellent fanservice to past games. If you were going to play only one Kirby game for the rest of your life, this is the one you should pick.
