Holds up surprisingly well. Guns feel really fun and unique from each other (PPSH always rules) and there's a good feeling of forward momentum. There's a surprising amount of spectacle here too. Lot of explosions and constant gunfire.

There's still some sections that are pretty frustrating because it's not clear what you're doing wrong. The defense and on-rails sections are definitely way too long as well.

Amazing to see just how much of the later games were cemented with the very first title.
