played this game on ps5 and oh boy the performance is so bad, but this isnt my biggest gripe with this game.
i really hate the combat system, its way too hard. for me assassins creed is counter-kill, thats like the most important mechanic in the series, until then i mean.
unity changed everything right with the combat in the previous installments for this bullshit system. until then you could have the worst weapon and still get a one hit kill is you timed it right but now you have to buy the best weapon because enemy are still hit sponges but are way harder to kill.
the customization system is pretty cool but all the best gear are pretty ugly until you unlock the master assassin one at the end of the story.
speaking of the story, this begins as one of the best in the franchise but quickly becomes convoluted. it gets better near the end but then the story just ends, just like that not even a goodbye?
money is also really hard to come by in this game probably so they can sell those bullshit helix points.
the only redeeming qualities are the parkour animations (just the animations though because the parkour mechanics are better in the ezio trilogy imo) and the city of Paris.
