Still shocked at how much of an improvement PXZ2 is over the original. The game doesn't drag its feet anywhere near as bad as the original does, and even its later chapters are only about as long as some of the early chapters of the original. Its character roster, while missing a few of my favourites, is still bursting with great picks, from Vergil, Kiryu and Majima, to Segata fucking Sanshiro, and the gameplay's still plenty enjoyable, doubly so now that the game's generally snappier pace and a few more mechanics come into play. You don't even need to play PXZ1 in order to get the simple story, so give it a shot!
