I had a few more hours on my Origin account compared to Steam, so I'm gonna state my general opinion about this game.
First of all, the only good thing about this game is the fact that it's Free to Play now because in no way this was worth its original price. The Sims 2 and 3 were by far much superior, and more worth the time. The Sims 3 had more customization, open-world, fewer limitations, and richer expansion packs. The Sims 4 came very limited and with what felt like lower-quality textures, and brought back the loading screens instead of keeping an open world as its previous game had.
The game is extremely boring, while in The Sims, The Sims 2, and The Sims 3 I had thousands and thousands of hours of fun. Other than that, it comes with too many DLCs compared to the previous The Sims games, with much less content in each, all separated by different other DLCs. EA gets greedier over the years and it shows.
Just get The Sims 3 (buy it here on Steam, or get it cracked at your own risk), and you'll have much more fun than with this game.
