World at War is a classic. No questions asked easily one of the greatest CoDs ever made. A campaign short enough to be satisfying that doesn't outstay its welcome and Nazi Zombies is easily among the most fun I've had, even if successors improve on this mode. W@W is a bonafide solid CoD where future attempts to return to WWII fall flat by comparison.
