Despite me not caring about the Torna storyline too much, I do think this DLC is extremely good overall. Being able to use Shulk, Fiora, and Elma is super cool, especially when they come with returning music and some extra crossover cutscenes. The scene of KOS-MOS, Shulk, Elma, and Rex talking together on the world tree is one of my favorites in the Xeno franchise.
