Super Mario Bros. 2 was a total curveball after the original, and I kinda love it for that. Instead of stomping goombas, you're throwing vegetables and riding flying carpets – it's weird! It's got those classic NES vibes, super catchy music, and surprisingly challenging bosses. Some people hate that it's not a traditional Mario platformer, but its unique style has definitely grown on me over the years.
