Wrath of the Black Manta is a bit of a hidden gem for NES fans, but it's not without its flaws. It's a fun ninja-action game with a unique anti-drug message (for the 80s!), and the cutscenes are surprisingly cool. However, repetitive levels and some frustrating difficulty spikes can bring down the experience. If you love classic NES titles and don't mind a challenge, it's worth a try, but for most gamers, there are probably better ninja adventures out there.
