Aesthetically powerful, using the base Gameboy grayscale with splashes of red, Bitterroot is a really short and simple horror-adventure game that otherwise mostly consists of carrying item A to location B. It's a really impressive demonstration of what GB graphics can produce, but is constrained by the mechanical simplicity of both design and hardware. Still absolutely worth a play if you're seeking a quick indie horror fix.
