You can definitely see why this is known as a classic.
This was my first time through Halo, quickly making my way through the main Master Chief story before Infinite drops.
The iterations on mechanics from the first game are welcome. Duel wielding is fun if a little cumbersome. I really like that they went from health bar + shields down to just shields. Feels much better than Halo: CE, that's for sure.
Looking forward to jumping into Halo 3 now. What a cliffhanger ending! Almost can't believe that they did that, it would have been so frustrating having to wait for Halo 3 to finally release.
