An extremely compelling cyberpunk-esque narrative RPG, Citizen Sleeper places you upon an oppressive space station called the Eye. Here you, and many other colourful characters are trying to survive on the station by any and all means.

I find the dice system for taking actions to be exceptional, and tied into the need for medicine + food really makes you feel the stress that comes with a lack of resources. This slowly disappears across the course of the game as you cement your existence upon the Eye, but never becomes annoying or gimmicky.

The game has multiple endings that you choose from as you play and decide what your character is doing, and whilst I appreciate the appearance of multiple "outs" or endings to choose from they sometimes feel sudden or strange, and inevitably I felt the pull of not wanting to miss out on the rest of the story content so never took those endings.

In saying that though, charitably, I was beginning to love the Eye. I wanted to stay there with the people I had met, and the friends I had made. Perhaps my "fear of missing out" on game content was actually a fear of leaving these people behind. We are stronger together.
