Competent early SNES platformer. A port of the Arcade game that most people probably remember from Nick Arcade (I swear if I just had a chance to get on that show I'd have shown those other kids how it was done) Looks and sounds good with plenty of large expressive sprites. Gameplay is...well it does what it needs to. You have a short range club attack that's almost useless, but it's pretty generous with the ranged upgrades which all function a little bit differently and potentially have different uses for different situations, but the game's too short and not varied enough to make experimentation fun or necessary. Like a lot of arcade games it can be beat within an hour and the hardest part is a few finnicky platforming section near the end. The biggest selling point is the amusing sprites and the co-op.
