I can't deny it is a mixed bag with flawed encounters (cough cough Sweepers), some very annoying difficulty spikes and an endgame that while very enjoyable and intense, is very bloated.
Library of Ruina still remains a masterpiece with one of the best written dystopias I've had the pleasure of experiencing, beautifully written characters in Roland and Angela, as well as a brilliant combat system.
I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, especially those who don't like high difficulty but if you are at all interested and don't mind some frustrating fights you owe it to yourself to experience Project Moon's masterpiece.
