Gave up when I had to climb the first tower, I managed to get past the part where you cyloop on the tiny ass platform 2 times(fell off probably over 10), only to get fucked over by one of the other challenges both times. Didn't even make it halfway. I tried lowering Sonic's speed in the settings to make that part easier, which it did, but not enough. And I had to keep raising it back up to get to that part because it made me too slow for the first bits. I finished 100% completing the base game last night, I shouldn't be having this much god damn trouble.

I clearly disagree.
i genuinely have no idea how. she's almost exactly the same except she has a glide that gives her about 1000x more mobility. turn off jump deceleration, cancel her spindash into a glide and she can practically fly across the whole map
are your settings fucked up? does she take an hour to stop running when you let go of the stick? you might need to fix that. i thought the game in general controlled terribly at launch until i changed the settings to this. these settings make the game functional (plus jump deceleration at 0)

@Chandler My settings may be fucked up, but I did everything in the main game with them like this so it shouldn't be an issue. I personally just do not like how the glide works, and I also feel like her jump is more unwieldy than Sonic's. It's probably just me being used to the way Sonic handles, but I'm not gonna get used to it because I don't wanna do things like collect a bunch of collectibles AGAIN and reveal more map AGAIN. I'm also not gonna do any high level moves like canceling. I'll admit I'm not great at games that don't involve a lot of strategizing, but it's not that it's hard that's annoying me. It's that it controls way more wonky(especially Knuckles) and is artificially difficult. Don't try to get me to go back to it, I'm gonna do things that I enjoy more and git gud at actually fun games.
