Raising this to 3.5 stars after playing the DLC. The racing and courses are great, I just wish there were some other single player modes. The Mario sports games get fairly criticized for a lack of modes, but Mario Kart often manages to avoid that criticism. After a few days of repeating the same courses over and over, I feel ready to move on to another game.
