A relaxing, short, charming game with a positive message. You play as an anthropomorphic bear with an axe placed in a confined 3D diorama setting. By destroying human items and structures that are encroaching on your habitat, you collect debris that can be used to upgrade your axe. The game's controls are very simple; just the left stick to move the bear, the right stick controls the camera and the action button can be held down to swing your axe. While basic, there's something very cathartic about clearing each map. The game also rewards you with costumes and short animations featuring the woodland creatures you help on your journey to clear the forest of foreign matter. Some may find it overly simple, but I found its gameplay loop addictively soothing. Worth buying on sale.
