The Opening is SO GOOD with both music and original animation showing all Precures up to that point and it's so fanservice-y I love it.
There's some story, I think, but not reading japanese makes it difficult, from what I understand it rethreads the plot for Yes Precure 5 GoGo, Spash Star and Max Heart and then takes the teams into a story where they all find themselves working together against the evil foes, I could be wrong though, I have no clue what the japanese symbols mean; the idea of choosing the characters expressions instead of just a dialogue option is actually a nice touch.
The voice clips are good quality for a DS game and the fighting is fun with you being able to change the Precure of the team by selecting her from the top down screen.
The game has a story mode comprised of 20 levels which let you then unlock the minigames and the individual fights; you can also unlock emotes (the different reactions I mentioned earlier), by playing the story.
The minigames are extremely simple but knowing the target demographic they are good minigames, only bad thing being some minigames are just repeats of previous ones but with different Precures as controller character.
The OST is not bad, not as good as the OST for the shows but good enough, a 6.7/10.
The characters have different speeds during combat, which means that I had to switch my favourites of each team (Cure Black, Cure Bloom and Cure Rogue/Lemonade respectively) for the Cures that felt faster since I prefer speed over damage in fighting games; that did help in make me appreciate Cure White, Cure Egret and Cure Aqua.
While I still ended up using Lemonade most of the time, I started to change the Cures I was using more, especially during Chapter 20, the last fight, where the boss is a bit tougher than the others.
Realistically a 3/5, for me it's a 4 for the joy of Precure it brings me; they should really do a 2D fighter with the almost 80 Precures they have now.
