I am finished with my third full season of my team's career mode. I am going to take a long break but I do think I will return to this for another couple seasons and/or multiplayer at some point.

F1 2020 is one of the best racing games I have ever played. It's much more of a sim than an arcade racer but it doesn't lean so hard into sim world that it becomes un-fun. I play on manual with most of the assists turned off, but I love the inclusion of all the assists and the granular difficulty slider. It makes it very easy to tune the game to your perfect level of difficulty.

Last year's game was great, but this one improves upon it in every way. The team mode is fantastic even though the customization is a bit thin. The racing feels extraordinarily fast and tight, there's a lot of good variety in the available tracks, and taking a team from back of the pack to constructors champions felt amazing. Balancing your drive, race strategy, ERS, tyres, weather, and the racers around you feels tense and rewarding. Ultimately just a phenomenal game and one that has scratched my sports itch during quarantine.
