This is a very solid racing game. It looks gorgeous and the driving feels fantastic despite being slightly more arcadey than I usually prefer. I'm glad I spent a few hours with this collecting cars and doing a bunch of different events. I am retiring it early though because I can already tell it's going to be an endless treadmill of events and I just don't need to spend time doing that right now. The characters lean a bit too far toward NFS cheese and I felt a bit bombarded by microtransactions, but these weren't enough to detract from a solid racer.
