A wonderful experience, though it feels a lot smaller than the original game for some reason. Most of what sticks out in my mind about Psychonauts 2 is where it falters when compared to the original (unique, likeable NPCs and the variety of people whose minds you enter), but it was still more than good enough to keep my attention all the way through. Raz's relationships, both with his family and adoptive Psychonaut family are what really make this series for me, and though Ford, Nona, Augustus, and Donatella all get a good amount of focus, I felt like the rest of the family fell to the wayside.
