Spyro 1:
The game is just okay overall. Collecting stuff is fun, however there isn't really anything special about it. The movement feels outdated (which it is), the graphics are as basic as you can get, the writing is atrocious, and the music isn't anything to write home about. Level design is pretty solid, but it's been outclassed by more recent platformers and collectathons.
