This game is a masterpiece of its time, there's absolutely a reason why people still clamor for more Banjo & Kazooie literal decades since their last title. The game oozes charm, style, and platforming that feels good. To quote a youtuber: "Playing Banjo-Kazooie feels like every time you play it's Christmas".
I'm incredibly grateful that Nintendo and Rare were willing to put this on NSO, because thanks to this game I completely feel justified in getting their bluetooth N64 controller. Combining that with this wonderful game felt the most nostalgic I've ever felt in an incredibly long time.
If you're a boomer who misses playing this game, play it again. On anything. 360, OG Hardware, NSO, or even an emulator. Just play it again. And if you're a zoomer, play this game so you can get why boomers won't shut the fuck up about how great this game is.
