It's a solid title, but it's got its issues.
One is that there should be an offline mode, being online all the time is not a good idea. I would love to take this out with me and do a round of Soccer or Tennis with CPUs.
Another one is that the sports only have a single mode. I would love to play a regular bowling match, instead of elimination. Or a regular Tennis match instead of a tiebreaker mode. Hopefully that's something coming down the line.
Nintendo shouldn't have used a post-launch drip feed approach with this game, but it is what it is. I'm gonna hold onto this and pick it up from time to time after they put up new item sets and sports. But what's already present is pretty good, definitely recommend it if you've played previous Wii Sports titles.
