A pretty decent beat 'em up with a funky as hell soundtrack and some racing and shooting stages to break up the monotony

Sadly when it got brought over outside Japan as Bayou Billy, Konami jacked up the difficulty to a ridiculous degree and while they added more polish to the driving stages, they also made those considerably harder too
