Ate up a LOT of my time as a Gamecube launch game. I thought this was very good, back in the day. Stunt Mode was a great way to test out your skills. Championship Mode made you REALLY WORK for those trophy's. I enjoyed the cross-references between this and the 1080 franchise.
I felt back then this was a game with some GOOD ASS WATER. Like, this game is soakin'. It still sticks out in my mind how good the water animation looked, at a period in history where computer generated water was as easy to pull off as turning air into gold. I'm just gonna give this a 3 under the assumption that maybe it hasn't aged well. But dat H20 still soaks my memories.
