Itta is a solid yet unremarkable boss-rush twin-stick shooter.

None of the bosses strike me as memorable or noteworthy, be it design-wise or gameplay-wise (movement & bullet patterns), but the solid controls prevent that from negatively affecting your experience. Furthermore, the soundtrack leaves a lot to be desired. On the other hand, its over-world, populated with characters and littered with secrets, allows the player a period of calm exploration that wonderfully compliments the hectic boss fights, thus elevating the experience.
