I dunno. I get that making a portable version of one of your biggest properties at the time is a no-brainer, but LittleBigPlanet on PSP is really lacking. The level design is fairly barebones, and the controls feel less polished than their already somewhat janky console counterpart. All of the stage elements feel artificial. That aspect was charming on the PS3 due to how detailed everything really was, but I don't think the PSP was built right for a game like this, unfortunately. None of the "characters" or dialogue were charming. The whole thing just felt kinda uninspired to me.

I feel as though the fact that the game has infinite lives by default is a blessing in disguise. A ton of the stage gimmicks and level design really come down to trial and error, but it's the kind that makes even having infinite tries unfun. At least they tried?
