SO I dont like anime, at all, actively despise it, same with most JRPGs (Pokemon aside I guess), and most of what I know about Fire Emblem I got from Smash. I bought whichever one has Lucina/Chrom in it for 3DS and abandoned it real quickly. But idk why something about this interested me before it came out, primarily the fact that its not just bouncing from cutscene to battle to cutscene, so I preordered it because I had an extra Voucher.
And it was real good! All the management shit, and the teaching and the characters you grow attached to. The biggest issue is that you pretty much need to play through this 50 hour game 3 and a half times to get the whole story, which christ I cant do right now. I went through the Black Eagle Strike Force story, which fuckin ruled, and was apparently the shortest one.
This game pretty much changed a lot of my perceptions about a lot of different things in gaming and god damn may be my GOTY.
