Clever and fun mechanics but also very lethal compared to Slay the Spire. There are no small mistakes here.

Battles are long and runs are fairly short - it's hard for decks to come online and sometimes an enemy mechanic you're not prepared for can end your run prematurely.
I find that successful runs are heavily reliant on RNG but perhaps it's not true at higher skill levels.
