I have to admit that the idea of this game is not bad. But everything is just to obvious and on the nose. Also characters talk too much, but maybe that’s just personal preference.

The inspiration for this free game obviously stems from P.T. and is a cool idea of reintroducing and promoting the Silent Hill Franchise. There is also a point of all this, because it explains stuff that weirdly needs no explanation in my opinion. Toward the end of the game you find a classic note that mentions the Silent Hill Phenomenon, which states that fog can appear anywhere and this place then is like Silent Hill.
My guess is that they want to establish this to make different types of games possible that are not necessarily set in Silent Hill.
