Have you ever wanted to be a cat? With this game you get to take on the role of Kimchi the cat and meet famous cats of the internet on a journey to find Kimchi's owner.
The Purring Quest is a side scrolling platformer where you collect stinky fish bones through stages, rescue cat friends, find their belongings and defeat bosses.
There is a lot of problems with this game, namely the controls are quite bad. It was more easier to complete with a controller though. There is also no way to attack while jumping, which was confusing. Cat also has just 7 lives, but you'd think it would have 9 lives?
The soundtrack is lovely and the art and animations are wonderfully done and amazing to look at. This game is fun mostly and it's definitely worth checking out. Especially if you like platformers and cats.
